Welcome to the future of fleet management with the Oz Sensor 'X' by Zylux. Our state-of-the-art Tyre Pressure & Temperature Monitoring System (TPMS) is designed for trucks, buses, commercial fleets, and more. Prioritising your safety and operational efficiency, our TPMS helps you prevent dangerous blowouts, enhance braking distance, and improve vehicle handling. Not only does this mean safer trips, but it also leads to substantial cost savings, reduced downtime, improved fuel efficiency, and a lower carbon footprint.
Our innovative solutions ensure optimal tyre pressure and temperature, enhancing safety and performance on the road. Designed to support up to 158 wheels, our system is ideal for managing large fleets with ease.
Seamless Integration: Our special flow-through design sensors allow for quick installation and inflation without the need
for costly tyre dismounting. Save time and reduce downtime.
Real-Time Monitoring: Keep a proactive approach to tyre management with real-time monitoring of both tyre pressure and
temperature. Prevent dangerous blowouts and stay ahead of regular maintenance by detecting leaks early.
Efficient Fleet Management: Easily hook up any truck with any trailer (up to 6) equipped with the Oz Sensor ‘X’ system.
Automatic pairing and real-time updates streamline your operations, making drop-and-hook processes more efficient
Sensors:Tyre pressure and temperature readings are transmitted to the Intelligent Z-BOX AI Transceiver, along with data from any compatible third-party sensors (e.g., wheel loss, hub temperature, hub odometer).
Z-BOX AI Transceiver: One of these is installed underneath every bus, truck, trailer, dolly etc. This processes and
verifies the data before transmitting it to various endpoints, including in-cab monitors, smartphones, telematics cloud
devices, or other Z-BOX Transceivers.
Display: View real-time data and alerts through an in-cab monitor, smartphone, tablet or telematics web platform.
With auto-learn sensor technology and a flow-through sensor design, installation is a breeze. No need to remove any tyres, simply screw the sensors on. It transmits both pressure and temperature readings, with a remarkable capacity of up to 180 PSI and 125 Deg C. The battery life exceeds 5 years. The tyre temperature sensing can also help pick up any hub related temperature issues.
Our intelligent transceiver which is mounted to each Bus, Truck and Trailer can integrate with any existing telematics system, transmitting the data directly to an in-cab monitor or any smartphone or tablet. Additionally, it can provide drop and hook automatic trailer detection and connection functionality, ensuring comprehensive coverage and tracking for all your assets.
IP69 Rating
The OzSensor In-Cab TPMS display keeps you informed with real-time alerts for your tyres. If there's a low pressure, it will emit an audible warning and the display will flash amber LEDs with “LOW PRESSURE” and sensor position. For extreme low pressure, an audible warning with red LEDs flashing alongside “LOW PRESSURE.” If a tyre exceeds safe temperature limits, the system will alert you with both an audible signal and red LEDs, displaying “HIGH TEMP.” Lastly, high pressure conditions trigger a similar audible and visual warning, but with “HIGH PRESSURE” on the display.
Dash or Windscreen Mount
The effectiveness of the Tyre Pressure Monitoring system is directly dependent on the quality of the installation and service. To ensure convenient installation and maintenance, Zylux has created a tool and service kit specifically for the Oz-Sensor 'X' system. This comprehensive kit includes tools for seamless sensor fitting or replacement, as well as O-ring replacement if necessary.
